Scout Oath, Law, Motto and Slogan

The Scout Oath and the Scout Law are the things we memorize and say at the start of each of our meetings.  They are the rules we follow in running the Troop and in leading our daily lives. The Scout Motto and Scout Slogan are short things we try to do every day.  You need to memorize these things in order to receive your first rank of “Scout”.

Scout Oath

On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.
